I bought this car due to large specifications / features - would not have been greater if it were only worked well. Out of the box, the computer froze on me. It remains to freeze / crash and even the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), the error message. This is not an isolated case. HP has acknowledged that examines the issue. PLEASE, do yourself a favor before thinking of buying an HP printer i7 machine and a visit from HP's own Technical Services and watch the wire under the blocks, freezes, and crashes into the category ", which is 130 pages and growth (called "Elite e9150t freezes / crashes - unfortunately, the problem i7 permeates all HP machines, not just the e9180f. or just a Google search for" HP i7 freeze "or something to see how widespread is known and serious deficiencies. Fortunately for me, I go in the period of return and will again - except that I had this information before all time and frustration, so I'm posting this in hopes that I can save others the problem.
